This covers the work that has been carried out under the Owner Builder Permit. This may include new construction, alterations and additions, and the re-siting of relocated dwellings. We are Accredited Home Owner Warranty Insurance inspectors and hold appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance. We can carry out your inspection in a timely manner and submit reports in accordance with Insurer's requirements. We can arrange insurance for you and explain all requirements of the insurer.
